Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the system users to understand the scope of projects
- Collaborate with Software Developers and support teams to resolve any issues on the product
- Monitoring the product testing for applications and software systems
- Perform performance testing using automated test scripts and testing tools
- Documented defects or bugs found during testing to the Software Developers
- Responsible for the execution of manual and automated tests to verify software functionality and performance
- Working towards departmental and project deadlines
- Create and execute test scripts to ensure software quality
- Providing objective feedback to softtware developers and stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- NITEC/Diploma in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- Preferably some experience in software/product testing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- Posses problem solving and competent technical skills
- Attentive to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin in order to commuicate with our peers from our HQ in Taiwan
