• Conduct quality gate review for SDM major milestones (analysis, design, build, test and deployment)

• Perform walkthroughs and interviews with project and application delivery managers to drive process adherence

• Report findings and provide consulting support in ensuring compliances with procedures

• Aside from day-to-day duties, there will be requirements to undertake other responsibilities such as management reporting & other centrally driven project initiatives as needed

Key Requirements

• Degree in computer science/engineering or related disciplines

• At least 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in IT process compliance audit or Project Management

• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organization and analytical skills a MUST

• Strong working experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Visio, MS Project and SharePoint

• Prior experience in IT risk management and security will be added advantage

Responsibility

• Support the design of control systems and programming, ensuring projects meet budget and timeline goals as outlined by the Project Manager.
• Revise control designs and documentation to align with the company Processes & Standards, as well as industry and customer URS requirements.
• Develop customized programs tailored to specific customer and project needs, following the company Coding Standards.
• Engage in control and validation tasks, including testing, debugging, internal approvals, FAT, and SAT.
• Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Process Managers, Design Engineers, and other team members as needed.
• Work with suppliers when necessary and keep PCT and task completion records up to date.
• Any ad-hoc duty as given

Requirement

• Min diploma in engineering or related degree
• Min 3 - 5 years of experience
• Comfortable with regional travelling
• Knowledge in Siemens-S7 and Allen Bradley programming.
• Experience in SQL/Dbase Database, Project, Design and Manufacturing software.

• Develop test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF & Mixed Signal products on automated test equipment.
• Liaise closely with the design engineers on the first silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring up and production release activities.
• Troubleshoot digital vectors (JTAG/SCAN/ATPG / Functional / Mbist) and Device characterization across PVT (Process, Voltage and Temperature).

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Communication Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of developing SOC programs from NPI to volume ramp stage experience with Advantest V93k or Teradyne Uflex/Iflex.
