Key Responsibilities:

• Halal Certification Management: Oversee the application process for Halal certification, ensuring timely and accurate submission of all required documentation.
• Liaison with Authorities: Coordinate with MUIS representatives and Halal certification bodies to facilitate audits, inspections, and certification renewals.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure all products and services meet MUIS Halal criteria and comply with Singaporean Halal regulations.
• Regular Inspections: Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with Halal standards.
• Documentation Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Halal certification documentation.
• Regulatory Preparedness: Ensure all Halal-related documentation is endorsed, organized, and easily accessible for regulatory inspections and audits.
• Operations KPIs: Execute agreed Operations KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
• Warehouse Operations: Participate in daily warehouse operations, including order processing.
• Additional Tasks: Perform any other job-related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Has Halal Competency Assessment (HCA) with a valid HCA certificate.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a supervisory role as a Halal Assurance Officer or similar positions.
