- Prepare Incoming Inspection cards.
- Record and maintain relevant information for incoming traceability requirements.
- Compile and update monthly incoming rejection report and report to Superior.
- Manage Calibration activities.
- Sourcing of suppliers
- Selection of suppliers
- Evaluation of suppliers
- Coordinate with individual Process Owners
- Register/De-register of Equipment
- Management of Equipment flow
- Management of Calibration Report
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Duly inspect certify that parts comply to require specifications and standards.
- Report Quality problenIs during incoiiiing inspection.
- Manage Certificate of Conformity
a) Issuance of CoC (Aerospace)
by Understanding of As9100 QMS
c) Undei'standing of ISO/IEC-17050 Requirement
4. Monitor & negotiate cost related to logistic & Calibration.
5. Handling with Delivery / Collection personnel for Calibration.
6. Preparation of Shipping Documents and Handling of packaging.
