As the Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Aegis Packaging, you will play a critical role in upholding the highest quality, safety, and compliance levels in our water-based barrier coating manufacturing processes. You will establish and maintain robust quality control procedures, ensure adherence to industry standards, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Quality Control Processes:

• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control processes for barrier coating manufacturing.
• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and repeatability in production processes.
• Conduct regular reviews of existing procedures to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.

2. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:

• Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, environmental guidelines, and relevant safety standards.
• Keep abreast of any changes in regulations and update internal procedures accordingly.
• Collaborate with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and certifications.

3. Conduct Quality Audits and Inspections:

• Plan and execute regular audits of production lines, raw materials, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and address any deviations from established protocols, taking corrective actions as necessary.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.

What we are looking for
