Job Description

• Involved in Pest Management process and activities such as pest monitoring and breeding source identification
• Perform and ensure all preventive maintenance works are carried out according to maintenance programs and procedures
• Attend to customer needs
• Carry out thermal fogging at the workshop for the control of adult mosquito
• Inspection and treating infected area

Requirements

• N or O Level/ Nitec Cert
• 1-2 years of experienced preferable
• Valid Pest Control License
• Can work with minimum supervision and at times independently, as well as under pressure
• Able to multi-task and work independently, with a hands-on approach to meet tight timeline
• Class 3 license
• Able to perform overtime when necessary
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice

To provide quality, diligent and friendly services to all our customers. The Pest Control Technician are to work independently to conduct inspections at clients' premises for potential pest infestations and perform pest control tasks such as fogging, misting and baiting. Good customer service skill is required as there is a need to explain problems to clients and shares solutions with them.

To perform General Pest Management, Anti Termite Soil Treatment & etc.

To keep good records of hours worked, chemicals used, and payment collected

To follow detailed instructions in applying pesticide to avoid harm to the client and self

Must possess physical stamina and be able to work in harsh conditions

Must possess good customer service skills and be customer focused

Must have good time and process management skills

Must be trustworthy

Must be very knowledgeable about a wide variety of pests, and be up-to-date with current industrial practice.

Responsibilities

• Able to conduct testing of low-voltage switchboards and power distribution boards.
• Able to complete test reports while testing the low-voltage switchboards and power distribution boards.
• To participates and conducts factory acceptance tests / factory witness tests with the presence of clients in accordance to the method of statement.
• To perform in-house test procedures in accordance with the method of statement.
• To perform in-house quality control procedures and checklists e.g., visual inspection, torque tests etc.
• To report the status of calibration, defect reports, replacement procedures, all relevant tools and equipment used by the Testing Department to the Electrical Test Engineer / Quality Engineer.

Requirements

• NITEC and above in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools e.g., Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel
• Able to interpret electrical schematic, single line diagram.
• Experienced in handling tools and equipment used in electrical testing, e.g., Primary Current Injection, Test Set, Secondary Current Injection Test Set, Digital Micro-Ohm Meter, Insulation Resistance Test Set, Dielectric Withstand Test Set.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible to maintain Product Quality within Quasar Medical, Singapore Operations. This will include support for new product development and transfers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintain the requirements of IS013485, GMP, FDA 820 and other applicable regulations.

· Participate in the internal and external audit programs as required.

· Supporting NC, CAPA, customer complaint activities.

· Preparing document related to product specifications, test methods, processes, validations etc.

· Supporting the data analysis process during validation.

· Responsible for the management of the equipment calibration in Quasar Medical Singapore.

· Participate in QA initiatives or cost improvement project

· Participate in new product introductions

· Other tasks assigned
