As a Transaction Monitoring, Compliance Associate within the APAC Global Financial Crimes Team, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations. You will work closely with a team dedicated to identifying and mitigating risks associated with money laundering and terrorist financing. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our firm meets its regulatory obligations, thereby protecting our clients and the wider community. Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Singapore CIB MLRO in the ongoing implementation, development and oversight of Singapore AML/CFT program and related policies and procedures, to ensure JPM Singapore Legal entities comply with the Singapore AML/CFT and firmwide requirements.

• Advise on all matters relating local AML/CFT laws and regulations, including rule interpretations, policy updates, new regulation implementation, and AML / Sanctions risk assessments.

• Monitor and assess new and upcoming laws, regulations, policies procedures and products affecting country as and when they arise.

• Coordinate and prepare necessary regulatory reports, surveys and submissions to regulators in an accurate and timely manner.

• Assist in the development, coordination and implementation of the AML/CFT training and testing programmes for the firm.

• Work closely with other Singapore MLROs to ensure consistent Singapore AML/CFT law interpretation and requirements are applied across all JPM Singapore Legal entities.

• Partner with regional and global counterparts to ensure a consistent implementation of AML/CFT program across the regions.

• Review transactions / escalations and make timely filing of the Suspicious Transaction Reports to law enforcement agencies. Perform appropriate post-filing actions.

• Act as a point of contact for information requests and examinations from regulators and law enforcement agencies.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• A minimum of 3 years of solid experience in compliance and AML/CFT related disciplines, preferably with a bank or non-bank financial institution.

• Sound knowledge of AML regulations in Singapore / APAC.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills. Should be able to liaise with stakeholders across functions at various levels.

• Ability to prioritize, and be able to meet urgent deadlines to facilitate business needs and regulatory requirement.

• Highly motivated, intuitive and take initiatives to identify potential process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Functional specification

a. Responsible to analyse and define detailed functional specifications based on the functional and non-functional requirements document.

b. Collaborate with Functional Business Analyst to clarify functional and non-functional requirements.

c. Define and ensure traceability from functional specifications to business requirements.

Technical Design

a. Responsible to create technical design.

b. Ensure technical design adheres to architectural roadmap, Development practices, and security requirements.

c. In case of vendor implementation: Ensure vendor resources create technical design document.

d. Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to clarify functional specification and technical design during build, test and deployment phase.

• AML transaction monitoring
• Reconciliation of pre-approved transactions and post-transactions generated in the monitoring report;
• Assist with the review and investigate transaction-related alerts/exceptions in timely manner to identify potential true/concerning third-party payments and deposits;
• Close alerts/exceptions promptly, and maintain proper documentation on the rationale of the closure; and
• Conduct further investigations, if necessary by engaging relevant stakeholders to obtain required documentation/information to ensure proper closure.

Test Program Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Overall accountable and responsible for delivery of testing services across the Payments, Real-time Data, Online API (PROS) Program
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day delivery of test services by Bank appointed vendors in the conduct of testing
• Works with the testing service providers and other Bank’s stakeholders to review, provide feedback and sign off on the test strategy, test plans and other test service providers’ artefacts for the testing service delivery
• Coordinates with the Test Governance team to ensure adoption of testing methods, standards and tools, and to coordinate any health checks or audits
• Ensures that any changes to the scope of services are communicated to the respective test service providers and the impact is factored in to the plan
• Engages with various Bank’s stakeholders (including but not limited to, application, security, infrastructure, business), testing service providers to ensure testing services meet the banks’ objectives and demand
• Act as the first point of escalation for any issues raised by Bank’s stakeholders, testing service providers
• Quantify, manage, track and report test related statuses, SLA and KPIs, and ensure that defined testing transformation SLA and KPI targets are met for the portfolio accountable
• Drive and collaborate with all Bank’s stakeholders and test service providers to plan all testing related deliveries for the portfolio accountable

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in computer engineering or related field
• Proven working experience in test delivery or equivalent role with at least 10 years’ relevant experience in large and complex organizations preferably in the area of Banking and Finance and at least 5 years’ senior manager experience in testing
• Extensive experience in managing end to end delivery of testing services from multiple vendor test service providers
• Proven experience in testing standards, tools, processes & methodologies, frameworks, and various delivery methodologies e.g. Agile, Hybrid Agile and Waterfall, DevOps
• Proven, successful track record of managing shared IT service development and/ or IT Testing Services
• Demonstrated success in developing highly effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver collaboration, partnerships and services
• Strong domain knowledge on Transaction Banking, Wholesales Banking and Payments Program. Experience in managing testing on these domain knowledges will be an advantage
• Strong attention to details, excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience in managing multiple external testing service providers
• Experience in managing multi-cultural, diverse, direct and virtual teams
• Experience in various testing tool suites like HP UFT/QTP, LoadRunner/Performance Center/SiteScope, HP ALM / Quality Center, Tosca, Appium, Java, Selenium, JIRA etc
