About the role

This role exists to provide Logistics, Training and Compliance management for bpMS sea staff and line management of the logistics team. This includes recruitment, training and development, employee relations, chairmanship of the ‘Training Working Group’, and compliance with the relevant laws. • Has the confidence and maturity to deal with all levels of staff
• Be able to report findings in an appropriate way for different audiences
• Has the willingness to learn and deliver timely and quality results to internal clients

• Past experience with technology risk management, general risk management or technology contract review will be preferred, but not mandatory
