GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

This position within the Client Review Team of the Financial Crime Compliance Department is responsible for the periodic review of existing accounts of the Bank. The role will manage, document and align with Group Compliance (German Desk) on key compliance topics of customer protection, data privacy management and corporate compliance. The role will provide advise and business partnership to the region on Allianz Global Compliance standards, functional rules and frameworks.
This role will support the Regional Compliance Function in fulfilling its tasks relating to governance, risk management, oversight, and monitoring in relation to Asia Pacific Region Operating Entities (AZAP OEs), as well as Regional Office in Singapore (AZAP). It includes providing advice, support and guidance on compliance matters and escalated topics with focus on risk assessment, quality assurance, trainings, reporting and monitoring, as well as follow-up to ensure timely and effective mitigation of relevant compliance risks and issues.

• Prepare and conduct OE compliance, governance and data privacy reviews and risk assessments as part of the Compliance Quality Assurance Program
• Perform completeness reviews of the documentation received from OEs, taking minutes of the meetings with OEs, Group functions, support in preparing reports and various materials for different internal stakeholders including Group
• Support in preparing and conducting trainings to employees on compliance, legal and data privacy topics
• Ongoing monitoring of compliance and risk frameworks, policies and procedures. This will include direct engagement with group on key areas and alignment on how best to strategically roll out group initiatives across the region
• Support the Regional Chief Compliance Officer and Regional Chief Legal Counsel in preparing reporting for senior management, committees and board
• Provide business oriented legal advice to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations, this advice is to be in line with Allianz group frameworks and deliverables
• Coordinate the implementation of various legal requirements and regional projects in OEs, specifically as they relate to customer protection, the implementation of the retail risk reviews for product management

Job Scope

• Assist in the day-to-day store operations (Stock count/checking, Packing, Loading/unloading)
• Experience in storekeeping, inventory control or record keeping
• Assist in shipping matters
• Receiving cargoes, stock inventory.
• Unloading cargo.
• Perform any other duties like driving for delivery as assigned by the management.

Responsibilities

• Handle the banking system’s various test phases : regression tests, integration tests, functional tests, test automation

• Good Knowledge and working experience of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.

• Define functional test scenarios for core banking and payment systems

• Overall responsible for ensuring User acceptance testing for all the streams.

• Maintain up to date test libraries (test scenarios, test cases)

• Working with SIT & UAT Testing Team, reviewing, testing scenarios, test cases and helping developers and testers in clearing their doubts about the requirements etc.

• Recording defects utilizing defect tracking tool with priority and severity and alert the management

• Manage planning, communicate with stakeholders

• Prepare regular reports on test results

• Supporting the business users for User Acceptance Testing

• Supporting Operations team / Business Users team to complete the testing

Skills/Requirement

• The position requires a minimum of 4 years relevant functional testing experience, preferable in banking domain.

• Minimum graduate degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Proficient in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Functional & System Integration testing of banking and financial applications
