System Framework Responsibilities (Regional)

Quality and Safety System Management

· Set and maintain the MC Packaging Quality and Safety system.

Primary Responsibilities:

The role will ensure and maintain high standards of quality and compliance within client’s organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for all or subset of the key responsibilities below:

• Perform laboratory system lifecycle management, including system qualification/retirement, commissioning/decommissioning, calibration and maintenance, system administration, and periodic reviews, in accordance with approved procedures and standard lead time.
• Raise Computerize Maintenance Management System (CMMS) request form to create/update/delete SAP master data related to laboratory system.
• Raise purchase request and perform orders confirmation and accrual for laboratory system lifecycle management, inventories, maintenance and repairs orders.
• Liaise with vendor to ensure contractor management documentation and assigned vendor tasks are completed within assigned lead time.
• Perform and review of Quality documents such as eshopfloor logs, eVal and etc.
• Assist in conducting laboratory investigations and ensure effective implementation of related actions within the agreed timeframe.
• Provide inputs for the development and revision of Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and other GMP documents.
• Maintain proper laboratory/storage area housekeeping/5S and ensure inspection readiness.
• Execute section and Quality improvement initiatives and other special projects.
• Any other duties as assigned by reporting manager
• Provide skills training to other team members, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and competencies to perform their duties effectively.
• Conduct troubleshooting of laboratory system lifecycle, identifying and resolving any issues that may impact the business/work efficiency.
• Assume role of Subject-Matter-Expert of laboratory system lifecycle, collaborates closely with other site and above-site functions. This includes actively participating in discussions, sharing expertise, and providing input to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization.
• Support Reporting Manager in planning of routine operations tasks to ensure completion within stipulated timeline.
• Support and respond to audit requirements and findings.
• Perform assessments of compendial updates and implement changes to Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and other GMP documents.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Science/ Life Science, Pharmaceutical Science or Engineering or any other relevant field
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in GMP environment with quality control laboratory experience within the pharmaceutical/chemical manufacturing.
• Competency in analytical chemistry tools such as HPLC, root cause analysis methods and tools.

Job Description:

Support the Engineering Manager and SETC Engineer in checking and approving drawings/designs of Surface Product to meet customer’s requirement, Cameron Engineering and API Standards.

Support the manufacturing and refurbishment of the Flow control, Choke products, via the disposition of NCRs and RGRs. The Engineer will also be appointed as the Lead Engineer for project work, assisting the SETC Engineer.

- Provide technical support to resolve technical inquiries from ships/vessels on Nordic Systems.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Quality oversight on new/revised electronic or paper documents to support routine production operations, examples include but not limited to –Production batch sheets, cleaning batch sheets, re-packaging protocols, Bill of Materials (BOM) memo, Engineering Record (ER) in IPI, Engineering Change Order (ECO) in SAP, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), non-routine Batch Sheet (BS), e-Log for Batch Sheet (BS) redline markups etc.
• Review & Approval of Statistical Process Control (SPC) limit report, Yield reports
• Perform quality review & approval of routine production/facilities related documents including but not limited to – Environment Management System (EMS) review for manufacturing, warehouse and labs, pest control review, preventive & correction maintenance (PM&CM) extension requests.
• Review non-routine/risk release of equipment/utilities/room, batch risk processing requests & support related material control actions.
• Support ad hoc requests for samples, joint inspections of rejected materials/damaged incoming goods, Time-Out-of-Cold-Storage (TOCS) adjustments in SAP, shelf-life extension requests etc.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by Manager
• Provide quality oversight for the Aseptic Process Simulation (APS) and Aseptic Observer Program (AOP) such as quality monitoring, review and approval of APS protocol and report
• Review and approve performance qualification protocol, equipment & utilities re-qualification protocols or EM re-qualification protocols.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
• Advanced / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
• Certified ISO 9001:2015 / API internal auditor

Skills / Knowledge / Experience Required :

• Minimum 3 years of QAQC or Process Engineering experience in equipment manufacturing, or box build assembly in semiconductor and/or electronic contract manufacturing (CM) services environment.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience in the QMS for Oil & Gas, Semiconductor industry.
• Experience and knowledge of API Q1 and API 7K will be added advantage.
• Knowledge of product/equipment assembly processes and mechanical drawing interpretation.
• Knowledge of in 5S, FMEA, Process Control Plan, Process Checklist
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Dynamic, self-driven and a team-player.

What will you do?

• Implement and maintain the testing environment, testing framework, test plan, regression test suites and test cases in accordance with changing requirements
• Conduct various tests such as Manual/Automated/Functional/Exploratory testing/Cross-Platform Testing for the various platforms (iOS, Android, Web)
• Conduct system integration tests with external systems and generate test reports
• Develop and Conduct Performance Test
• Design and implement Test Case
• Assist to maintain test environments
• Carry out test activities according to Test Plan
• Conduct Test Execution and prepare Test Reports
• Maintain requirement traceability matrix
• Develop automation test scripts in Python language
• Support the integration of test script with the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CICD) pipeline
• Assist to drive product quality and Quality Assurance practices.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 4 years experience in conventional test
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in automation testing scripting for web-portals and mobile applications
• Experience working in Agile Scrum projects
• Experience in developing automation testing scripts i.e. mobile (Appium) and web (Selenium)
• Experience in Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) Test
• Knowledge of Robot Framework (using Python language) will be advantageous
• Knowledge of Secure Hybrid Integration Pipeline (HATS) and Hive Agile Testing Solutions (SHIP) will be advantageous
• Knowledge in software version control systems, code review workflows and CICD will be advantageous
• Certifications such as Certified Software Testing Professional, Certified Software Quality Analyst and/or CREST certification will be advantageous

• Qualification shall be Diploma in Civil and structural or ITI.
• Min. 10 years working experience for Steel Structural and 7 Years experience for Tekla (Ssteel)
• Software skills , must be proficient with AutoCAD ,Tekla (Xsteel), PDMS
• Strong Knowledge of Steelwork detailing works (welded/bolted).
• Preparation of Steel Structural engineering drawings for Structural Discipline by AutoCAD.
• Engineering drawings includes Steelwork General Arrangement, Connection Details and welding map drawing.
• Modeling the steelwork in 3D using the Tekla Software.
• Preparation of General Arrangement Drawings for the steel works which to be used in Fabrication Yard and Site.
• Preparation of Assembly drawings from Tekla for the steel works which to be used in Fabrication Yard.
• Preparation of Single Part drawings from Tekla for the steel works which to be used in Fabrication Yard.
• Preparation of Cutting List for the structural Bar Items.
• Preparation of Nesting Plan for the structural plate Items.
• Liaise with the Engineering Team for the input drawings.
• Co-ordinate with the fabricator and Shop drawing vendor.
• Review the shop drawing received from the sub-Vendor/
• Handling the technical queries from the fabrication Shop and Site if any.
• Review of Vendor Documents of various Static Equipment, Dynamic Equipment, Tank, Pump, Switch gear, control panels, HVAC Equipment, VFD and Process Packages, Boiler/Heater/Incinerator etc..
• Understand the Inter discipline (Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, HVAC, F&G) co-ordination required for the project and performs the same within the targeted schedule.

1. Prepare, review, and negotiate various legal documents, correspondences with external parties, SOPs and policies.
2. Guide the various departments and business units to implement and/or draft SOPs and policies.
3. Handle litigation/legal cases by liaising with internal stakeholders and external lawyers engaged by the company.
4. Provide legal advice and support to various departments and business units on matters related to contracts, regulatory compliance and risk management.
5. Conduct legal research to ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Advise management on the implications of new laws and regulations and recommend necessary actions.
7. Evaluate compliance to rules, regulations, SOPs and policies.
8. Maintain and update database of existing and new agreements, SOPs and policies.
9. Liaise with Corporate Secretary for corporate governance matters.
10. Assist in all analysis and reporting required by the company and/or the parent company.
11. Improve the company’s internal control compliance management and legal risk control system design, establishment and maintenance work.
12. General administration, reporting and filing tasks.
