• Recognize and identify risk control points to compliance processes, including AML-CFT risk ratings, KYC onboarding, ongoing screening and maintenance of customer business relationships, and transaction monitoring
• Implementation of testing frameworks to provide assurance that compliance processes are adequately robust and are being carried out in line with the company’s policies

Reporting to the Regional Head of Corporate Compliance, the Compliance Counsel will be a part of the SEA Compliance team and supporting the Regional Head of Corporate Compliance with overseeing the management of the SEA compliance program for Bosch. The Counsel’s duties include monitoring and reporting the results of the Company’s compliance/ethics efforts, as well as providing guidance to employees in the region, including senior management, on matters relating to compliance. Main Responsibilities:

1. Advice and Expertise

• Provide compliance and organizational advice to management and associates on compliance topics.
• Provide guidance in M&A projects (due diligence (DD) and post-merger integration (PMI) phases), and support the rollout of the company Compliance program in joint ventures (JV).
• Understand, and keep abreast of changes to, relevant local laws and regulations.
• Implement local policies, guidelines, and procedures.

2. Monitoring and Control

• Support local management to define/promote compliance goals on anti-corruption and compliance culture.
• Support further development of the compliance management system.

4. Training/Communication

• Design and conduct trainings on compliance topics.
• Design and implement programs and initiatives to ensure awareness of compliance organization and topics, both internally and externally.
• Ensure effective communication of compliance topics in general.

5. General

• Undertake duties as and when assigned by Regional Head of Corporate Compliance.
