Responsibilities

• Driving Tester shall conduct all practical driving/riding tests for ALL Classes of driving licences i.e. Class 2B, 2A, 2, 3, 3A, 4, 4A and 5 (the “Tests”) in accordance with the Driving Tester Instruction Manual and all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including the practical test marking guides of the Authority.

Requirements

• Have a minimum 3 GCE 'O' Level credits or NITEC Certification, or relevant job experience as a driving instructor or tester

The EICA Engineer shall be in the discipline of Electrical, Instrumentation & Control in delivery of large scale power generation project. Key Responsibilities

• Stay abreast of MAS relevant regulations and guidelines pertaining to CMS
• Communicate regulatory changes to internal stakeholders while ensuring proactive adjustments to compliance frameworks, policies and procedures
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure the CMS licensed entity is compliant with its regulatory obligations

Legal

• Structure, draft and review legal documentation.
