Job Purpose

You will be part of a team to drive and implement the Compliance Risk Management Framework and compliance requirements for all GE entities within the Group, by effectively supporting the business units in their duty to comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Job Summary:

Support the Microbiology Laboratory in SGBO Singapore QC for the establishing and maintaining
of Utilities Monitoring of the SGBO Singapore Facility in Singapore. Perform sampling and testing
under supervision, following written procedures and specifications, and in accordance with
Local/international regulations.

Key Accountabilities:

• Supports activities to establish and maintain a Microbiology lab in full cGMP-compliance.
• Supports activities to conduct/perform necessary sampling/test methods or compendia
  methods in the lab and site under cGMP
• Follows existing procedures and methods, and perform sampling/testing following routine activities :

 - HVAC Viable and Non -viable particle sampling and surface sampling

 - Pharmaceutical Water and Clean Steam Condensate sampling for Biological and

 - Chemical tests

 - Compressed Gases; Biological Chemical and Physical sampling and testing

 - Data compilation

 - Data evaluation and trending support

• Receives training and analyst qualification to perform sampling/testing under cGMPs.
• Follows the priorities for sampling/testing provided by lab management.
• Ensures sampling/testing is performed in a timely manner.
• Participates in Laboratory investigations.
• (after sample testing) Compiles test documents in a complete, accurate and consistent manner to ensure that samples, materials or products and intermediates have been tested, or inspected according to specification and cGMPs.
• Suggests optimizations of test procedures to improve efficiency whenever possible.
• Be able to explain, his/her area of work, in health authorities inspections and internal audits

Performance Indicator:

• Delivery of results on time and with quality (e.g. timely testing)
• Adherence to established KPI targets related to QC activities
• Open communication; Concise and clear communication skills

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and improve the department and product total quality system to assure product specification is met

Facilitate and work with team members on quality improvement to the product by providing technical guidance in QE tools applications

Perform quality system or process audit to assure quality systems are in place

Provide technical support in engineering design review, drawing and specification review to drive risk mitigation ensuring product meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance required

Establish & Implement manufacturing quality metrics and lead team on to achieve the goal and continuous improvement

Develop, implement, and improve product quality plan

In charge of MRB activity of the raw material, semi-finish good and finish products. Execute and coordinate nonconforming material disposition

Driving Root Cause analysis in problem diagnosis from customer anomaly/Line fallout to ensure problem prevention and resolution implementation ensuring effectiveness

Management of Change with suppliers/manufacturing team with proper review and communication to customer for approval to implementation

Meet department cost & quality objectives

Direct interface with supplier on resolving new material quality issues

Implement lessons learned across manufacturing and also new products development projects

Perform special projects to support continuous improvement on an ongoing basis thru functional standardization and implement process improvement ideas in primary work area.

To adhere to the Health & Safety regulations as set out by the EHS Department and any other Government regulations

Degree in Engineering or Science

3-5 years of experience in a Quality/Engineering in Product Design Engineering/Manufacturing environment preferred

1. Drive process optimization in Claims Management

• Perform UAT (User Acceptance Test) on the evolution/ enhancement of a newly developed online tool
• Enhance communication & marketing of new tool - Support roll-out of tool to new sites within APAC
• Provide training to internal & external teams within APAC
• Identify improvement areas and develop an action plan with the project committee to reduce claims

2. Drive improvement in data quality management

• Participate in evidence gathering and root cause determination to secure the quality process in our logistics partner (Bollore) to fulfill customers’ expectation
• Perform thorough quality analysis to measure the effectiveness of various quality processes using data and internal auditing tools
• Initiate corrective actions for procedural or process deficiencies
• Develop common tools to facilitate weekly performance tracking/ reporting and follow-up of KPIs and action plan

• A selenium automation tester must develop new test scripts.
• Maintenance of present regression suites and test scripts is an important responsibility of the selenium tester.
• The testers must attend agile meetings for backlog refinement, sprint planning, and daily scrum meetings.
• Testers to execute regression suites for better results.
• Must provide results to developers, project managers, stakeholders, and manual testers.
• Having a good insight into the application, business requirements, and its components.

• The selenium tester must also maintain automation resources.

• It is appreciable if the tester is killed in selenium web drivers. In-depth programming language is essential for selenium testers.
• Experience in manual testing skills would be an added advantage to becoming a skilled selenium test engineer and excelling in the testing domain.
• Experience in Selenium
• Selenium has become an indispensable aspect of the world of automation testing. Possessing working experience and good Knowledge of Selenium helps the tester manage the roles and responsibilities of a selenium tester.
• Understanding business requirements
• Selenium testers must know the ins and outs before the testing session initiates. The tester must be conscious of the Programming language employed by the developer team
• Must be aware of the device requirement or platform where the end-users will execute the application.
• Knowledge about databases utilized for backend storage.
• Knowledge of API or web services linked to the system and its use.
• A good understanding of functions and features after the application goes live.
