Ops
● Perform opening, closing shift duties stated in Standard Operating Procedures (“SOP”)
● Prepare food and beverages (“F&B”) according to written SOP.
● Clean F&B preparation area, cashier area and floor dining and non-dining areas
● Perform customer service, cashier, dishwashing duties and general maintenance of café
● Water plants and remove dried, brown or yellowed leaves
● Distribute flyers as required
● Assist inventory stock check
● Assist in ordering material
● Informing the management of any faulty appliances / equipment found
● Assist in any ad hoc or new tasks as required by management
● Ensure strict adherence to food safety, food sanitation and SFA hygiene and practices
● Have a hardworking, patient and passionate working attitude
● Work as a TEAM (Together Everyone Achieve More)
● Be a strong team player with good leadership, interpersonal and communications skills
● Provide highest quality standard in customer service and 5S housekeeping
Marketing
● To assist building up 6 Letter Coffee & 6 Letter Brunch Branding & Identity
● Design F&B collateral, handling of social media graphic & digital marketing
● Liaise with vendors, suppliers and partners on graphic print and marketing matters
● Collect marketing data and train on marketing strategies to improve sales
● Understand and execute Marketing Mix of 8 Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Processes, Physical Evidence, Prints)
● Be Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, MS office, Love photography
● Be Creative, Detail Oriented, Self-motivated, Strong Team player and good interpersonal and communications skills
● Possess a minimum Diploma in Graphic/Design/Visual/Marketing or equivalent
