Essential Job Functions and Duties
The essential job functions or duties of this position are:
a) Leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
b) Handle complicated customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues beyond handed over by Sales Supervisor.
c) Assist with sales questions, concerns and product/service questions by any of the sales rep or sales supervisor team.
d) Maintains and develop good relations with customers through personal contact on site and via phone
- Basic/Fix salary =$7000 - $8500
Requirements:
- 6 working days a week
- Able to work weekend and public holidays
- Min 5 years relevant working experience in retail industry in sales
- Min 2 years relevant experience as store/sales manager
