We are seeking a visionary Marketing Director to spearhead our expansion into the dynamic Greater China market, which encompasses mainland China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. This role offers a unique chance to shape our brand presence and drive business growth in this diverse and rapidly evolving region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Greater China market
- Lead high-performing marketing teams across mainland China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong
- Create innovative digital campaigns leveraging platforms like WeChat, Weibo, and local social media
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer behavior and trends in Greater China
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
- Manage brand identity and positioning across diverse cultural contexts
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to showcase our products and services.
- Foster relationships with key customers and industry partners to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in marketing roles with progressive leadership responsibilities
- Proven track record of successful market expansion in Greater China
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English; Cantonese proficiency a plus
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape in Greater China
- Excellent strategic thinking and cross-cultural communication skills
- A strong understanding of the water treatment industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
