Job Duties:
We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for driving the overall content strategy and to create engaging content that aligns with brand consistency and go-to-market activations.

- Build a comprehensive content marketing strategy that spans the entire 360 marketing funnel and effectively engages in our target segments.
- Lead content creation across a variety of formats, including blogs, videos, emails, social posts, sales materials, ad copy and website content.
- Adapt content and messaging across channels (videos, infographics, articles, newsletters) etc. to drive traffic, engagement and leads.
- Identify, evaluate and implement content opportunities.
- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase engagement.
- Oversee the integration of content activities within marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for creating digital assets with hands-on experience in the development of digital banner ads, social media ads, SEM ads including image choice and copy writing.
- Develop standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum relevant bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related communications field
- At least 3 to 5 years working experience in Marketing, Ecommerce and/or in FMCG industry with proven work experience in content marketing and copywriting.
- Highly fluent in written and conversational English and proficient in spoken and written Mandarin.
- The ability to adapt quickly to the fast-paced start-up environment, to process new information on the go and translate that into customer-friendly language.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
- Project management skills to manage campaigns and requirements of internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude and take ownership in the roles and projects.
