Job Summary
The Sales Manager for Battery & E-Waste Scrap Management will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote our battery and e-waste scrap management services. This role involves managing sales activities, expanding our customer base, and achieving sales targets within this niche market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the battery and e-waste scrap market.
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting performance goals and monitoring progress.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, including manufacturers, recyclers, and waste management companies.
- Understand and keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the waste management, recycling, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the battery and e-waste scrap market and its regulatory environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies and effectively lead a sales team.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and partners at all levels.
