The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for executing and managing a wide range of marketing initiatives, contributing to the overall success of our marketing strategy. You will be involved in all aspects of the marketing process, from campaign planning and execution to data analysis and reporting. This role will encompass, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, design) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and presentations.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.Digital Marketing:Manage and optimize our digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Affiliate & Partnership Management: Identify, recruit, and manage a network of high-performing affiliates and partners.
Develop and execute effective affiliate marketing programs, including commission structures and promotional materials.
Track and analyze affiliate performance, identifying areas for optimization. Cultivate strategic partnerships with relevant companies to expand reach and generate leads.
- Event Management:Identify and participate in key industry events, conferences, and meetups. Plan and execute engaging event activations to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Manage event logistics, including booth setup, staffing, and promotional materials.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing campaigns, affiliate performance, partnership success, and event participation.
- Analyze data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and report on campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on digital marketing.
- Proven experience in executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese (ability to communicate effectively with overseas clients from China and Hong Kong).
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for marketing.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be authorized to work in Singapore without sponsorship.
