The role shall take full responsibility on Waste Gas Acquisition (Get Gas) and Reclaimed Gas Sales (Sell Gas), mainly CFC / HCFC & HFC and potentially HFO in future.
- Maintain strong sales order pipeline and develop initiatives to increase collection volumes.
- Maintain an annual sales budget by branch, channel, teritory & product type, monitor its progress on a daily / weekly / monthly reporting and shall take pro-active actions to meet set budget.
- Forecast weekly sales process and oversee inbound order taking & processing.
- Ensure on time delivery of sales budget by volume and margin.
- Lead & develop sales initiatives within current & new markets and maintain strong partnership with clients & stakeholders including government institutions.
- Actively collaborate with local stakeholders and/or government institutions to promote Company's commercial & strategic initiatives across other regions to drive incremental sales & profit growth.
- Lead operational effectiveness through implementation of processes, tools and systems to enhance site-location decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for business growth.
- Constant follow-through with Operations Team to ensure timely delivery, anticipate / mitigate delay risks and ensure such delay (if any) are properly coordinated with clients.
- Compile, consolidate and ensure timely report submission to the required government agency on the waste disposal.
- Constantly liaise with SQE and Operations Team to ensure quality control, quality assurance and safe practices are complied.
