DescriptionLead the finance operations teamPrepare month-end and year-end financial reportsReview and analyse local and subsidiary accounts, providing variance analysisEnsure compliance with statutory, GST, and regulatory requirements, staying updated on accounting standards and industry best practicesManage cash flow, treasury functions, and banking mattersParticipate in annual and forecast budget exercisesCollaborate with external stakeholders on audit, taxation, banking, legal, and compliance mattersIdentify, investigate, and analyze opportunities for operational improvement Ensure adherance to company and group policies in financial processes and proceduresTroubleshoot operational software issues Perform any other assigned and required duties
ProfileDegree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent, with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience Candidates with audit experience are strongly encouraged to apply Meticulous, self-motivated, and independentExcellent communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office
