We are looking for a full-time Retail Sales & Operations Supervisor/Assistant Sales & Operations Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a Retail Sales & Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, managing and training our sales team, and ensuring that we meet our sales targets. In this role, you will also be responsible for ensuring that our stores are well-maintained and that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a retail supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions
- Knowledge of retail operations and industry trends
- Experience in customer service and sales techniques
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
