Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote our products/services across various online channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click advertising (PPC).
• Create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, website, and e-commerce platforms to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and sales data, to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform(s), including product listings, pricing, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
• Implement strategies to increase website traffic, improve user experience, and enhance conversion rates to drive online sales and revenue growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and e-commerce to recommend innovative strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, preferably in a similar role within an SME or e-commerce company.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Lazada, shopee, or WIX.
