Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive Sales Assistants/ Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, engaging with customers, and managing multiple sales activities including telecalling, door-to-door marketing, and digital promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries
- Follow up on quotes and leads, and schedule meetings with customers
- Telecalling existing customers to arrange meetings and discuss promotions
- Prepare sales orders, arrange couriers, and manage delivery schedules
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns to existing customers
- Participate in outdoor, door-to-door marketing efforts
- Manage social media marketing and email campaigns (EDMs)
- Drive the sale of existing stocks by creating and implementing promotions
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
- Able to work in a team and collaborate with others
- Positive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive in finding new opportunities and sales channels
- Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage, but not required
