Our client, a leading player in the food industry, is looking for suitable talents for their growing business as Sales & Key Account Specialist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead sales execution, demand / pricing strategies, and forecasting to deliver outstanding commercial performance in Southeast Asia.
• Develop and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company's strategic objectives for the region.
• Collaborate with other departments to manage shipments and delivery schedules, export/import documentation, product quality, and to resolve client issues.
• Serve as the primary contact point between the company and the clients.
• Build and sustain strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives and projects, as necessary, to improve product portfolio performance, channel penetration, and market segmentation.
• Represent the company at industry functions, events, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and cultivate connections.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
• Proven track record in sales, with at least 1 to 3 years of sales experience.
• Background from food commodities/food trading industry will be ideal.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of the meat/food industry and market trends.
• Willing to travel as required, mainly in Southeast Asia.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Salary: Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess market risk exposures across the bank’s trading and investment portfolios.
• Develop and implement market risk models to measure exposure to interest rates, foreign exchange, equities, and commodities.
• Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of market movements on the bank’s portfolio.
• Collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, and risk management teams to optimize risk-adjusted returns.
• Prepare detailed market risk reports and present findings to senior management and regulators.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, including Basel III and MAS guidelines.
• Stay updated on global market trends, regulatory changes, and risk management best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field (Master’s degree or CFA preferred).
• 1-5 years of experience in market risk management or a related role in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of market risk concepts, including VaR, sensitivity analysis, and stress testing.
• Proficiency in risk management systems and tools (e.g., Murex, Bloomberg, Python, or MATLAB).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
