My Client is a Singapore head quartered global company that provides Big Data & Analytics solutions on the Cloud using a SaaS model that harnesses poly-structured data from myriad sources at the right latency, derives Insights and converts Insights to appropriate business Actions. They have a strong team of Data Scientists and Domain Experts who provide Consulting and Managed Services to realise business benefits using Big Data.

What you'll do:

• Responsible for meeting revenue targets leveraging own contacts, lead generation activities and alliance partners
• Manage the opportunity from sales pursuit to close using deep sales process and offering expertise. Act as point of contact for resolution and escalation of all the key items with the client and internally.
• Target the right clients, grow quality pipeline, win profitable deals, and manage sales activities to create mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value.
• Generate and build client relationships leading to qualified opportunity identification and involvement throughout the sales cycle, often without an existing client relationship or opportunity.
• Create a direct relationship with the owner or decision-makers of enterprise companies in Singapore.
• Interact with senior management levels at a client, which involves negotiating or influencing significant matters.

What we look for in you!

• Minimum of 5 years experience selling Cloud (IaaS or PaaS) and/or analytics services.
• Possess any of the cloud fundamentals certifications
• Have sold deals of data warehousing, analytics solutions
• Have positioned winning strategy development and value proposition development
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Desired Candidature

• Has prior experience in leading and closing multi-year deals.
• Having some prior experience in selling cloud services-based data warehousing or analytics/ data science solutions.
• Ability to identify a client problem statement and craft a value proposition that provides specific outcomes addressing the client's problem.
• Ability to provide solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
• Ability to originate new opportunities.

In Product Growth:

• Internal stakeholder alignment and managing operations of growth experiments including designing of in-product growth experiments for various user engagement surfaces for Client's Consumer Apps such as push-notifications, Client homepage, search results page, email, etc.
• Analysis of paid and growth marketing campaigns activations and aggregated reports at channel country or campaign level
• Extensive documentation, presentation and communications to share analyses and process updates with core and cross functional teams.
• Facilitates communication between the global marketing/product teams and the country marketing teams, gathers and filters requests and questions in both ways, aligns global and local teams on relevant updates and timelines.
• Identify, develop, and codify growth opportunities across APAC countries, channels and functions, playing a leading role in streamlining these processes, finding creative solutions to eliminate barriers and reducing the resources needed to support them.

Product Launches:

• Collaborate with Global and Local marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations
• Program manage feature launches such as developing timelines and key milestones for marketing assets and ensuring that marketing assets are ready for launch
• Prioritize and manage ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and timelines

Product Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
• Send monthly report on product performance to team

Skill And Experience:

• At least 3 years of growth marketing experience working on rapid experimentation in tech field such as - experience on leading in-product growth (push-notifications, email campaign, in-product tooltips would be strongly preferred)
• Strategic planning on experiments A/B testing and analysis, Funnel optimization, Channel management
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills (Fluency in SQL required)
• Strong project management, organizational skills and attention to details
• Understanding of software products (apps, websites) user funnel
• Growth-hacking mindset to plan and manage ongoing day-to-day experimentation that are not necessarily shiny, but could have a huge impact at the end.

Project Overview:

• Support the Video Ads Asia Pacific team in creating and operationalizing the most critical marketing collateral to defend and win competitive share of wallet vs TV and Social

Overall Responsibilities:

• Support program design and implementation for priority seller programs

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

• Program management (task tracking, troubleshooting,

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Strong program management skills, with prior experience demonstrating effective project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Experience with specific tools or applications, particularly with a minimum of 2 years working on social media platforms.

Project Overview:

Client APAC Brand Social team is the speciality team within Client APAC Marketing that leads the strategy and implementation of Brand, Social and Creative in APAC. The team serves and enables the cross market, cross product and cross functional teams to bring Client’s brands and products to consumers in the most culturally relevant, user centric and brand authentic way on social media.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic development and implementation of the APAC social influencer blueprint in close partnership with Global social influencer marketing team and local markets and product teams.
• Launch a successful pilot of the data-driven influencer marketing approach in APAC and set a clear path for scaling across APAC
• Roll out the global social influencer marketing training program to all APAC marketers and guide teams to upskill with literacy and know-how to fully tap into social influencer marketing
• Set a solid foundation of infrastructure, processes, governance and guardrails for influencer marketing in APAC to safeguard the brand

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct an influencer campaign, spend and execution audit for APAC and present to key stakeholders of key gaps and business opportunities that will inform the longer term APAC influencer strategy.
• Roll out the multiple global influencer programs successfully and effectively in all key APAC markets.
• Test and learn the global data-driven influencer marketing approach for a 6 months pilot and consolidate learnings for scaling.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of relevant and deep social influencer marketing experience in the entertainment, sports or FMCG industry.
• Deep knowledge of the social influencer and creator industry and ability to apply strategic thinking to solving for critical business gaps.
• Strong track record of building successful influencer programs that drive impact to brand and business results.
• Have leveraged a sound data driven approach beyond pure relationship to build a sustainable influencer model.
• Have the creative judgment and experience to drive outstanding influencer collaboration social campaign creatives.
• Comfortably navigate ambiguity with strong bias towards ownership and action.
• Confident with senior stakeholder management across Global, Regional and Local.
• Familiar with social creator tools and social media tools.
• Social Media related skills such as experiences of managing social accounts, creating and publishing social content, social analytics, community management, social listening etc.
