The Opportunity:

• Opportunity to work within a government agency. This role will support industry-facing teams in preparation for company and ecosystem-wide engagements. This includes carrying out background analysis on biomedtech companies, understanding research across a broad range of topics and providing administrative support, such as preparing reports and briefs.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday
• Location: One-north
• 1 year contract (Renewal/ conversion subjected to performance and business directions)

Job Description:

• Identify and analyse research capabilities and trends
• Monitor biomedtech research trends and news
• Synthesize and compile information for company engagements
• Develop marketing and pitch decks for the office
• Identify and analyse industry trends
• Conduct due diligence on companies (e.g. company’s background, financial, latest deals and news), identify research focus, asset developments and partnership models
• Putting together all information into an administrative brief for sharing with stakeholders

The Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree of any field
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Organized and meticulous, capable of compiling and presenting information coherently
• Resourcefulness and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in any related research tools
• Strong understanding or Prior experience in BioPharma/Medtech is a plus!

• This will start off as a 12 months contract

The Job

Channel Administration:

• Conduct validation and appointment exercises in accordance to the business rules.
• Maintain registers of advisers with 3rd party licence
• Administer the coding, cessation, and assignment of policies for all Channels.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of the BAU, assigned tasks, and ad-hoc assignments.
• Review and update of SOP promptly where applicable.

Debt Recovery:

• Execute debt recovery processes promptly & follow through with debt process in accordance to the SOP.
• Prepare the monthly debt recovery update report for management team.
• Manage instalment payment requests from departed advisers.

The Talent

• Strong Microsoft Office Skills: MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formula), MS Word, PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in VBA & Insurance industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Great interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with stakeholders.
• Meticulous to ensure accuracy of deliverables & good with processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
