The Job

• Collate and manage all the details regarding the application for the assigned business vertical
• Information could span from details of systems interfacing, content of the various data being posted, data held within the application etc.
• Support user community on business queries and guidance on better usage of the system on daily BAU activities.
• Clear understanding the scope of the project, the changes associated and support the Project Manager in impact assessment. Clearly document the rationale for projects where no impact is assessed.
• For project where there is an impact, play a governance role in ensuring that the design (in terms of the level of information required from source to core processing is aligned with the strategic data flow strategy.
• Collate and rationalise all stakeholders’ requirements and walkthrough these requirements with team
• Actively partnering with the team in the solutioning process to ensure that the business solutions being implemented are thought through from a long term, standardization, design for no operations, front-end configuration perspective.
• Assess and propose appropriate testing approach and sign off criteria to stakeholders and get concurrence.
• Overall UAT management in terms of UAT timeline, batch run/ re-run and managing the tester’s testing result.
• Prepare proper documentation on the data flow, design, business solutioning and testing approach in accordance with predefined template.

The Talent

• Degree holder with a major in banking/finance and/or prior banking experience will be preferred
• Capable of effectively working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines

The Job

· Drive and execute a programme of internal and external engagements. This can include the writing of speeches, opinion articles, internal notes, social media. The output will ensure a strong share of voice in Singapore media and strong engagement on social media, aligned to the Wealth & Personal Banking narrative for Singapore.

· Develop and execute a two-way communications programme and engaging content that ensures our teams feel connected to our strategy and thematic priorities; manage change, and embed culture. Deliver internal content, campaigns, and news to our bank's employees and promote wins on global channels.

· Drive media relations and support paid media activities with coherent and sustained narratives, build media relationships, train our spokespeople and create media stories, briefs and speeches.

· Manage crisis communications, ensuring that the bank's reputation is safeguarded during challenging situations, with development of crisis management plans and proactive media /social listening.

The Talent

· Minimally 6-8 years of experience in corporate communications, media relations, PR, employee communications or content roles at an agency or in-house

· Proven ability to influence, engage and negotiate with senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor is a must

· Knowledge and experience working in the financial services industry (insurance/retail banking) is an advantage

· Exceptional content skills: storytelling, proven ability to produce clear, engaging written content and an ability to create social media content

· Multi-media skills including video editing, social media content creation and experience using Canva is an advantage

· Experience with media is an advantage, including dealing with crises, supporting with proactive media relations activity, and social media management is a plus.

· Proven ability to deal with ambiguity, a matrixed organisation and high-pressure situations with deadlines is essential.

· Strong presentation and communication skills are a must.
