The Opportunity

In the role of Asia Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing, executing and optimizing the Digital Experience marketing plans that deliver country-level pipeline results and executive engagement programs that enrich the Adobe brand across Asia (Singapore, Korea, Thailand and Greater China). You will partner with sales leaders and your team to assess existing and emerging opportunities in developing your go-to-market plans. You will work together with the regional marketing team to develop annual and quarterly plans that deliver vertical, partner, segment and lifecycle results required to achieve targets. You and your team will be accountable for delivering all aspects of the marketing plan across Digital Experience products working in coordination with regional digital and production teams. Organizational and executional skills, communication and teamwork will be key to success in this role. With limited guidance you will know what to do, when to do it and how to get each task done.

What you’ll do

Strategy

Establish strategy and multi-year marketing plans that achieve sales pipeline targets for Asia based on Adobe’s business and worldwide objectives. Provide counsel and insights to the APAC regional marketing team on the design of marketing initiatives relevant for the Asia market. Developing a deep understanding of your customers, country business environments and Adobe products/strategies will be keys to establishing plans that yield success in each country.

Establish annual plans (and optimize quarterly) that deliver country-level sales pipeline targets for Asia that achieve vertical, customer segment, and solution goals. Plans will encompass physical/virtual events and digital activation across direct relationships and our partner eco-system. As digital capabilities scale across the region, implementing innovative marketing approaches to improve return on marketing spend will be critical to success.

Position Adobe as a thought leader in helping businesses become experience businesses in Asia. Work with the regional campaign, experience and executive engagement teams and with the local communications team to position Adobe as leading the future of marketing and customer experience. Operational Excellence

What you need to succeed

• 15+ years experience in Enterprise Marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry (knowledge of Adobe products preferred).
• Strong people manager with experience managing virtual team members.
• Proven success in developing customer-focused, multi-year marketing strategies including deployment, measurement, evaluation of return and optimization using innovative approaches.
• Outstanding leadership, interpersonal communication and experience working across matrix organizations (working effectively with regional marketing, sales, operations and external agencies will be keys to success).

The role

In the role of Singapore Marketing Manager, you are responsible for developing, executing and optimizing marketing plans that deliver pipeline and revenue for the enterprise business. This role will be an integral part of the Asia Field Marketing team and will partner closely with field sales, marketing, and regional teams including campaign, content, and digital marketing teams.

What you’ll do

We need a Marketing Manager who will drive the following areas:

Planning:

· Build & align annual and quarterly plans (and optimize in quarter) to deliver Marketing Bookings & Marketing Pipeline goals with a focus on return on investment.

· Partner with Sales Leadership & Account Executives to build detailed territory plans that will successfully deliver Customer outcomes.

· Build & own the quarterly execution project plan to deliver high quality, unique customer experiences and programs through-out the quarter.

Campaigns:

• Partner with field & regional marketing teams to design & deliver amazing experiences that deliver measurable results for our customers.
• Work closely with sales to drive customer participation in events and programs while ensuring strong follow-up to deliver campaign objectives.
• Project manage the end-to-end deliver of key local programs including elements of briefing, segmentation, content, reporting and analysis.
• Coordinate a wide mix of marketing tactics including events (virtual, in person, 3rd party, executive), Digital (email, social, search, content syndication, advertising) and sales enablement.
• Partner with APAC campaign team to create, localize and translate key content to engage key personas.

Results:

• Responsible for delivering results on each program including the insights, analysis, reporting & communication of campaign results to the broader team.
• Run & optimise the demand funnel ensuring optimized lead flow from top of funnel to mid funnel with BDRs for follow-up & nurture to bottom of funnel through sales progression programs.
• Introduce innovative new marketing approaches, processes, and optimization techniques to better connect with customers in meaningful ways.

What you need to succeed

• 10+ years’ experience in Marketing B2B software or technology, preferably in Enterprise segment & experience selling to Global Multi-National Corporations (MNC).
• Strong Written & verbal communication skills
• Relevant University degree – e.g. Business, Commerce, Marketing.
• Strong strategic agility to understand market & adapt strategies to deliver success.
• Outstanding leadership, interpersonal communication and collaboration - experience working across matrix organizations.
• Customer facing presenting skills to present Adobe, Solution & Customer stories.

This role collaborates with license sales, services, product, and digital strategy, as well as prospective and existing customers. You will work with South-East Asi prospects and customers as part of this remote role.

We are looking for candidates who enjoys being in a client facing role, responsible for building relationships, generating leads and prospecting to new customers, up-selling and cross-selling as well as retaining existing accounts across South East Asia.

What you'll have

• Experience building executive relationships with your customers across all facets of the business to enable success.
• Ability to collaborate with the internal eco-systems (License sales, product specialists, marketing, delivery, customer success etc)
• A pro at operational excellence including accurate forecasting and pipelining in Salesforce
• Validated sales track record in selling professional/consulting services, an understanding of Enterprise business and pricing negotiations.
• Strong understanding and experience in running a long-term sales cycles across various verticals.
• Consistent over-achiever of sales targets in past positions
