We are expanding the team and on a lookout for 2 Sales Managers to join and help us to develop and coordinate our company’s sales and marketing functions to identify and develop new customers for our accounts.

1. Develop and coordinate company sales and marketing functions to identify and develop new customers.

2. Research and develop strategies and plans on marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new product development.

3. Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results.

4. Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

5. Participate in the development of new project proposals.

6. Strong Selling skills for packaging products

7. Good Knowledge in packaging or printing products (not necessary as it will be trained on ground)

1. Strong display of leadership skills

2. Good team player and initiative

3. Resourceful and result-oriented

Requirement

- Attractive Package Depends on Experience

- Experience in Printing & Packaging Industry

- Possess a Class 3 Driving License & Own Transport (Is not a must)

- Strong in Price Negotiation & Sales Knowledge advantage.

Responsibilities

- Generate new business by introducing and presenting the company’s products to clients.

- Pro actively identify new opportunities to further expand the company’s reach and network,

be it clientele or partnership

- Ensure timely responses to client’s request for proposals, quotation with good follow up.

- Achieve monthly KPI or sales target.
