We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate. To oversee daily operation of the shop, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
• Administrative duties pertaining to Sales and Purchase transactions including but not limited to data entry, order processing and control.
• Keeps retail shelves fully stocked and replenished.
• Ensures accuracy in cashiering duties, operates the P.O.S. machine, and handles cash efficiently.
• Maintain general housekeeping of the retail shop, such as cashiering, tally sales reports, ensuring the tidiness of the retail shop and product displays, etc.
• Assists with daily / weekly / monthly inventory stock takes
• Ensure accuracy of order confirmations and invoices from suppliers.
• Track and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels of key items, manage weekly replenishments, and follow up with re-orders as needed.
• Adhoc duties that may be assigned by Manager and when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the retail industry.
• Proficient in written and spoken English & Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated and energetic, confident in offering suggestions and problem-solving.
• People-oriented and possess a positive working attitude
