Responsibilities
Perform corporate secretarial and administrative work
Assist in incorporation and administration work
Assist in filing with ACRA ,share transfer with IRAS and KYC checks
Ensure timely compliance with relevant statutory compliance, maintenance of registers and statutory records
Assist in preparing board resolutions, documents and take minutes of meetings
Perform data entry and updating into corporate secretarial software
Maintain proper records of clients’ KYC/CDD compliance
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, business admin
Min. 2 years corporate secretarial experience with business consultancy/law firms
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Good command of English
9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)
