Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing intern to join our Singapore team in a startup environment. This role provides a hands-on experience in diverse aspects of in-house marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts, including content ideation, copywriting, content creation, planning, and scheduling.
• Focus on creating engaging TikTok videos and other short-form content to grow our online presence.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and activations.
• Support the team in the day-to-day implementation and execution of marketing efforts.
• Help with logistics and execution of on-site events.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a marketing, communications, or related Diploma/Degree program.
• Must be highly skilled at creating TikTok videos and short-form social media content. Must not be sky to be in front of the camera if need be.
• An active personal presence on social media platforms is a bonus, along with a strong understanding of current social media trends and audience engagement.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.
• Experience in creating engaging content for TikTok, Reels, and other social media platforms.
• Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Canva, Visme, SendinBlue, or similar platforms.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.

Requirements

• Diploma in any field
• At least 2 years of experience in sales / business development
• Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector, particularly in franchise management and strategic partnerships are a greatest advantage
• Strong commercial acumen to achieve the company’s target.
• Strong business network and connections in Singapore.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, capable of strategic dialogues with various partners.
• Prior commercial sales experience in closing large and complex agreements is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture and work effectively in a multitasking environment.

Site Operations Management

• Manage the daily operations and maintenance of signed sites.
• Collect and analyze core data, such as sales, equipment usage, and customer feedback, in a timely manner.

Sales Performance Improvement

• Collaborate with the BD/Sales team to develop and execute strategies for increasing sales at various sites, such as promotional activities and product upgrades.

Value-Added Business Development

• Identify and promote value-added opportunities for sites, such as introducing new machines, expanding functionalities, or integrating resources from other partners.

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Work closely with the product, R&D, logistics, and supply chain teams to facilitate equipment installation, maintenance, and feature updates.
• Maintain synchronized communication with backend departments like finance and HR.

Key Data Monitoring

• Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) during site operations, such as sales revenue, equipment uptime, and repair response times.
• Provide regular operational feedback and propose improvement suggestions.

Relationship Management

• Maintain cooperative relationships with site owners to continuously optimize collaboration models.
• Preserve and enhance brand image with site partners.

Job Requirements

• At least 6-8 years of experience in sales planning & business intelligence
• Strong in data analytics
