Job Responsibilities
The Sales Development Executive is responsible for new customer acquisition. This roll plays a crucial part in expanding the company’s client base and contributing to its overall growth.
The successful candidate is expected to perform the following duties:
- Actively pursue new business leads to drive company growth
- Identify and engage outbound sales leads using strategies like cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and proactive prospecting
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure a targeted approach
- Provide innovative ideas and identify opportunities to attract new clients
- Build contacts and maintain productive relationships with potential clients
- Update prospective client database
- Create compelling new business proposals
- Coordinate meetings between senior management and prospective clients
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, stay informed about industry trends to engage effectively with prospects
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support business objectives
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in any field
- An ambitious go-getter, eager for opportunities in sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Proactive in seeking opportunities to acquire new business
- Driven, high energy levels, results-oriented, driven to excel in sales and able to work independently
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Achieve sales target determined based on leads generated and conversion rates
- At least 1 year outbound sales or lead generation experience preferred, but not a must
- Attractive commission scheme.
Our Office Will Be Relocated To Redhill Area Effective From 01 Jan 2024.
