Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee trade marketing activities and develop commercial and marketing plans.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve business goals.
- Manage customer relations, handle inquiries (online and offline), and support order fulfillment.
- Ensure product information, including pricing, promotions, and stock levels, is accurate and up-to-date.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and banners for campaigns.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels.
- Develop engaging social media content (static and video) to build brand and product awareness.
- Maintain e-commerce websites and online marketplaces by creating and updating product listings, ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Min. 1 – 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG
- Candidates with portfolios will be preferred
