Experiential Marketing Specialist – APAC (Contract)

Location: Singapore

Contract Duration: 12 Months

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Experiential Marketer to lead event marketing initiatives across the APAC region. This dynamic role includes managing in-person, hybrid, and virtual events, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and showcasing innovative solutions in event execution. The position requires up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities:

• Execute virtual, hybrid, and in-person events with internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintain relationships with regional stakeholders to align with global event strategies.

• Innovate and enhance event experiences with cutting-edge technologies.

• Ensure compliance by managing suppliers, legal documents, and procurement.

• Conduct site inspections and attend events across the region.

Requirements:

• ~10 years in event management with a strong understanding of APAC regional specifics.

• Expertise in event and CRM platforms such as SplashThat, Salesforce, and Zoom.

• Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
