As a marketing and communications intern, you will be given the opportunity to be exposed to a variety of marketing areas. You will work alongside the marketing manager/team to drive the company's corporate brand vision and strategy, manage and reinforce strong corporate identity and develop our brand ethos and values across our multi-disciplinary business areas.

What you will learn:

• Participate in conceptualizing, developing and executing marketing communications strategy plans and promotional activities
• Propose, plan and create content for the target audience(s) across our business units using digital and social media channels
• Content creation would include copywriting for long and short form content, production of graphics, short videos and slide animations – for awareness, consideration and lead generation campaigns
• Work closely with the internal marketing team to support the marketing plan via SEM, social media, and other digital marketing applications and projects
• Track and analyse the performance of campaigns and content
• Support in any other duties assigned by the supervisor

What we are looking for:

• Currently pursuing tertiary education in business, marketing/ communications, or related field.
• Highly motivated to be involved in digital marketing applications and projects
• Interested in gaining exposure marketing analytics, market research data tools and developing different content types as part of a complete content marketing strategy
• Familiarity/Experience in Google Analytics is a plus
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment

About the Opportunity

The Intern will work in a team to assist in the deliverables for comms/marketing to the different target audience (B2B and B2C) within Alliance.

What You'll be Doing

• Scope of work may include design, simple video animation, copywriting and content curation.
• Projects will include, but not limited to the following:
  1. Alliance Medical Centre Marketing Campaigns.
  2. Evoque Medical Aesthetics Marketing Campaigns.
  3. Alliance Medinet/ MyFamilyClinic Campaigns.
  4. Social Media channels including FB, LinkedIn, and IG, Tik Tok.
  5. Other ad-hoc campaigns.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking self-starter and enthusiastic individual who likes to play a part in digitalising healthcare to join the operations team.

What You'll be Doing

• Provide operational and administrative support in the running of the daily operations.
• Support escalation management, including reporting, investigating, and resolving issues promptly.
• Involve with Project Management, including designing digital user journey, developing test cases based on business requirements and conducting end-to-end testing for the digital platform.
• Propose and implement process improvement and system enhancement to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and develop strategies and support marketing collaterals to drive adoption of the digital platform.
• Establish effective collaborations within the team and with other departments, clinics and service partners.
• Train and support the clinic staffs and stand-in to perform clinic duties when necessary.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

What We Are Looking for

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline, preferably with prior Healthcare experience.
• Familiar in designing digital user journey, user acceptance testing (UAT) and project management will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills in both oral and written.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Highly motivated, multi-tasker, and have a strong customer-centric mindset.
