- Source and liaise with vendors for events and marketing materials, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Provide logistical support during events, managing on-site operations effectively.

- Script, produce, shoot, and edit photography and videography projects to align with marketing objectives.
- Conceptualise and develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns and creative ideas.
Social Media Management
- Manage social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) to boost fan engagement and digital presence.
- Create diverse content such as posts, stories, reels, thought leadership pieces, and advertisements.
Marketing Campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends and develop relevant, innovative marketing strategies.
- Develop content for electronic direct mailers (EDMs), internal communications, and company websites.
Lead Generation
- Manage and execute lead-generating campaigns on platforms such as Facebook to drive potential customer or candidate interest and engagement.
Collaborative Support
- Assist subsidiaries and related companies in marketing and event-related tasks.
- Support various ad-hoc projects, initiatives and administrative task as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Media, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in photography and video editing.
Passion and creativity in content creation and campaign ideation.
Proficiency in managing social media platforms and using digital marketing tools.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Competency in photography, videography, and editing software (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator).
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to handle diverse responsibilities effectively.
Knowledge of SEO practices is a plus.
