Position Overview:
- We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Vice President of Sales to lead and oversee our client's sales initiatives. The role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to foster relationships with high-level stakeholders to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, including C-level executives, business unit leaders, and senior management, to enhance visibility and collaboration.
- Develop and implement an annual sales plan aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Identify internal and external opportunities and collaborate with executive management to deliver innovative solutions.
- Define and execute strategies to support the organization’s vision and leadership.
- Ensure communications and sales efforts are well-coordinated and aligned with objectives.
- Drive and prioritize sales strategies across multiple teams to ensure customer solutions meet business goals.
- Implement and manage multi-channel selling strategies, leveraging market research and competitor analysis to recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years experience in selling IT Services in Singapore
- Experienced in managing a portfolio of 30M USD and above
- Experienced in signing a single large deal (TCV) 20M USD and above
- Has been working for large IT Services companies, preferably experience in insurance market portfolio.
- Determines gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volumes.
- Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results however, this is an individual contributor to achieve personal sales target.
