Job Requirements
- Proficient in MS office & able to converse in bilingual.
- Able to converse on phone and thru email.
- Neat & consistent in filing and record.
- Able to work in fast pace environment.
Job Responsibilities
- To prepare delivery order and memo forms for daily works.
- To follow up with client for date of delivery and or installations.
- To assist to brief and arrange teams for delivery and or installations.
- To arrange for drivers to assist in collection/pick up or delivery.
- Ad hoc admin jobs assign.
