You must have a deep understanding of social media platforms, their advertising tools, and how they align with client business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Client Acquisition -
Identify and qualify potential clients who need social media management, TikTok live selling, KOL campaigns, or other related services. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and follow-up.
- Client Relationship Management - Act as the primary point of contact for prospects and clients during the sales process. Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their business goals. Maintain long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
- Platform Expertise - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of key social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their advertising capabilities.
- Process Optimization - Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage sales activity and data effectively.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in a sales or business development role, preferably in a social media agency or related field.
- Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices, with the ability to translate them into client solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and pitch ideas effectively.
- Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a small team environment and take ownership of the sales process.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
