- Lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to achieve individual and team goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying their needs and providing customized solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient production, inventory management, and timely delivery of products/services.
- Analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement, optimize processes, and enhance profitability.
- Oversee the development and implementation of customer service initiatives to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork within the sales and operations departments.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, operational metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to proactively address challenges and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of at least 1 year in sales and operations leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry, (no experience is welcomed)
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and operational best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales forecasting tools, and other relevant software applications.
