Sounds great – what’s the role in a nutshell?

The Content Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating and editing copy for Aqua Expeditions’ digital platforms and a wide range of documents including sales material, onboard materials, and newsletters. In addition, this role will entail overseeing Aqua’s social media platforms in coordination with a social media agency, and working with the Content Marketing Assistant on sales kit management and document reviews.

DAY-TO-DAY:

• Creating content for global newsletters in accordance with our annual content calendar
• Coordinating with our social media agency to plan the monthly and annual social media calendar
• Creating content for trade newsletters and special trade communications
• Writing, editing, and proofreading sales documents
• Writing, editing, and proofreading onboard materials including but not limited to guide and Cruise Director PPTs, dining menus, spa menus, and itineraries.
• Conducting SEO research, sourcing images, and writing blog posts for the Aqua website
• Updating Aqua’s web pages based on SEO recommendations
• Creating newsletter layouts in Zoho and scheduling send-outs to respective segments of the Aqua database
• Writing copy for scripts and banners used at trade events
• Creating marketing material for chef-hosted departures and other special departures across Aqua’s fleet
• Working with the Content Marketing Assistant on an annual audit of onboard material

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean or PR only.
• Undergraduate degree, ideally in marketing or communications
• High attention to detail
• Positive, problem-solving attitude
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Adequate experience using Google Docs, Dropbox, OneDrive, Sharepoint
• Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience using Drupal is a plus
• Prior experience in copywriting is a plus

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Content Marketing Assistant will be responsible for maintaining, editing, and creating copy for Aqua Expeditions’ digital platforms and a wide range of documents including sales material, onboard materials, and newsletters. In addition, this role will entail assisting the Global Content Marketing Manager with sales kit management and light support for press communication.

SCOPE OF WORK

● Ensuring that the sales kit is organised and up to date and making updates as and when necessary

● Liaising with external freelancers for the translation of documents and maintenance of sales kit in Spanish

● Planning trade content calendar in accordance with global content calendar

● Create content for trade newsletters

● Create content for special trade communications

● Creating newsletter layouts in Zoho and scheduling send-outs to respective segments of the Aqua database

● Create content for scripts and banners used at trade events

● Graphic design for trade

● Writing, editing, and proofreading all sales documents

● Writing, editing, and proofreading onboard materials including but not limited to guide and Cruise Director PPTs, dining menus, spa menus, and itineraries.

● Conducting SEO research, sourcing images, and writing blogposts for the Aqua website

● Updating Aqua’s webpages based on SEO recommendations

● Proofreading content for Aqua’s digital platforms and social media

● Supporting PR Assistant Manager with press administrative tasks such as booking flights and completing trip booking forms.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

the Creative Marketing Assistant will serve as a key support to the Creative Marketing Manager at Aqua Expeditions. The primary focus will be on delivering graphic assistance for sales materials and onboard resources, including maintenance, editing, and creation of visually appealing content, adhering to the established brand guidelines of Aqua Expeditions.

SCOPE OF WORK

· Collaborate in updating graphics and formatting for Sales and Marketing materials, ensuring adherence to existing brand guidelines.

· To work with the Content team, to ensuring that Aqua Sales Kit is organised and up to date and making updates as and when necessary.

· Collaborate in updating, and printing of onboard materials, maintaining a consistent and visually engaging presence.

· Provide graphic design and video editing support for the Consumer Marketing team, including the creation of advertising campaign artwork, flyers, banners, image sourcing and editing, short video clip editing.

· Assist with maintenance of Aqua video and image library, including photo enhancing, clip editing, archiving

REQUIREMENTS:

· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

· Mastery of Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, and InDesign.

· Proficiency in Final Cut Pro is a plus.

· Adequate knowledge of Adobe Suite tools like Bridge, Aftereffects.

· Experience and proficiency with Google Docs and DropBox.

· Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

· Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of graphical content.

· Positive, problem-solving attitude to address challenges creatively.

· Good command of written and spoken English.

· Preferred: Minimum of 1 years of experience in graphic design positions.
