About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to deliver innovative business solutions in SAP S/4HANA Project Systems (PS) and Supply Chain Management (SCM). This role involves designing, configuring, and implementing tailored solutions that address client-specific challenges.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis and Requirements GatheringCollaborate closely with clients to understand business processes and requirements related to Project Systems (PS).
   Identify opportunities to optimize processes and leverage SAP PS functionalities for improved efficiency and accuracy.
   
2. Solution Design and ConfigurationDesign and implement SAP PS solutions tailored to client needs, considering industry-specific challenges and best practices.
   
   Configure key PS modules, including:Project Definition
   Project Planning
   Project Execution
   Project Settlement
   Lead solution design across the SCM domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
   
3. Data Migration and IntegrationOversee the migration of master and transactional data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
   Ensure seamless integration of PS with other modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, and PP.
   
4. Testing and Quality AssuranceDevelop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of the PS solution.
   Identify and resolve issues to ensure high-quality implementations.
   
5. Go-Live and Post-Implementation SupportSupport the go-live phase, including user training and cutover activities.
   Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
   

Required Skills and Experience

• Functional ExpertiseProven expertise in SAP PS modules, including Project Definition, Project Planning, Project Execution, and Project Settlement.
  In-depth understanding of PS concepts such as WBS structures, network planning, progress tracking, and integration with Finance.
  Strong knowledge of SCM modules and processes.
  
• Technical SkillsProficiency in SAP S/4HANA configuration and customization.
  Familiarity with ABAP programming (preferred).
  Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5.
  
• Industry ExpertiseAt least 15 years of experience in SAP PS consulting, with a successful track record of implementations.
  Familiarity with industry-specific project management and execution challenges, particularly in F&B.
  
• Soft SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  Effective project management and organizational skills.
  

What We Are Looking For

• Relevant SAP certifications are preferred.
• Broad SAP knowledge, including experience in data migration and interface development.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Client-facing experience, preferably in ASEAN-based consulting firms.
