What you’ll do
You'll lead and facilitate marketing strategy and marketing/digital excellence activities. This includes leading the planning and implementing of all marketing strategy activities and training programs/events related to upskilling of marketers. You'll improve commercial analysis, develop digital capabilities, enhance omni-channel engagement and integrate patient-centric approaches (user journeys to brand plans. Acting as a change agent to drive continuous improvement in marketing and digital capabilities towards a customer centric and high performance culture across organization, you'll collaborate with cross-functional and above country teams to drive excellence in marketing and digital capabilities and create best practices for other countries to follow.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead for assessing marketing capabilities of marketers and upskilling of marketing function, and liaison with global marketing excellence.
- Commercial lead for strategic and execution planning process and responsible for cross-functional team’s readiness for all reviews by Asia Area.
- Lead for marketing induction program for new marketers. Responsible for creating/updating content and deliver a meaningful induction program for new joinees.
- Lead for launch excellence activities and tracking of marketing KPIs.
- Prioritization, execution and delivery of Asia Area and countries priorities, including working with the CP to ensure that priorities are set and maintained, including adjusting schedules to preserve the execution of stated and agreed priorities.
- Support the CP to drive cross-functional accountability, including selective assignment of strategic projects partnering with the Leadership Team of an AA market or across AA markets.
- Support market research.
- Lead for patient centric mindset, development of user journeys and integration of patient mapping activities into brand planning and execution.
- Lead for digital capability development. Drive omni-channel capabilities and support brand teams to plan and execute omni-channel campaigns in collaboration with IT.
- Drive insights and analytics capabilities so that marketers make informed choices/decisions based on data from multichannel platforms.
- Lead advance segmentation and targeting (micro-segmentation) capabilities so that marketers can focus on customization and personalization of campaigns for improved and seamless hyper-personalised customer engagement
- Drive continuous innovation and be the change agent to drive continuous improvement in marketing capabilities so that marketers feel confident and comfortable trying new things
- Project manager for select strategic projects.
Essential for the role
- Bachelor’s degree
- You have 6 years of working experience with minimum of 2 years marketing experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated good understanding of omni-channel engagement capabilities
- Experience in utilizing latest digital tools & trends to improve customer reach & engagement
- Demonstrated leadership, negotiation and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and produce results in a matrix environment: “Lead without Authority”
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
