This job is an important customer touch point with high level of customer interaction.
Training and mentorship will be provided to ensure the individual develop the needed skills to support the servicing responsibility.
To be successful you should have keen interest in technical and mechanical skills.
You must be able to drive from job to job while adhering to road safety.
About 30-40% overseas travelling is expected.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver and install products to customers
- Provide instructions or training to customers on the proper handling of products
- Warehouse upkeeping
- Coordinate with the management and other department on inventory management
- Log transport details and processing of related paper works
- Upkeep and oversee maintenance for the company delivery vehicle and service tools
- Attend to product services and repairs, as well as source the necessary parts
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess proper driving license qualification with clean driving record
- Be safety conscious while balancing strong TIME management skills
- Organized with work and someone able to communicate well
- Experience on electrical and mechanical servicing is an advantage
- Be physically fit, some heavy lifting
