Job Responsibilities
- Establish strong relationship with business leaders and employees to provide advice on HR policies and practices, people strategies and solutions and other employee related issues.
- Develop, update and implement HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and deliver the full HR spectrum from manpower planning and budgeting, recruitment and selection, onboarding, in-service support, employee engagement, talent management and succession planning, talent development and learning, performance management, rewards, employment relations, mobility, exit management as well as cyclical HR programs/ exercises.
- Lead and drive tactical and strategic HR initiatives to meet business needs, improve staff retention, engagement and development.
- Demonstrable consulting skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Strong influencing and collaborating skills, with demonstrable ability to work across various HR teams and with staff at all levels
- Resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity
- Meticulous and demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Good knowledge of labour legislations and HR best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Has initiative, drive, and superior organization skills
- Support business plans to achieve incremental revenue from new and existing corporate clients
- Lead initial discussions with the clients to understand their learning needs and objectives and provide relevant information on our capabilities
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
- At least 7 years of relevant HR business partnering experience.
- Ability to work well with all levels within an organisation, able to manage people as well as being hands-on to work independently in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and react to shifting priorities to meet business needs.
- Exposure and experience in HR regional support will be advantageous.
