BD Manager

What we are looking for:

• ERP sales experience is mandatory - any type of ERP applications (examples: SAP, MSD365 Business Central, IFS, Syspro, Oracle and Acumatica etc)
• 100% hunter role
• Preferably consulting experience (not necessary)
• Need to know APAC market clients (at the very least, Singapore market clients)
• On target earnings (60/40 split)
• Potential to earn up to 250k annually (to be discussed)
• Must have met sales targets for the last 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage new business prospects within the ERP sector.
• Promote and sell our ERP solutions (SAP Business One, SAP S/4 HANA, and Epicor) to new and existing clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Understand customer needs and to provide appropriate ERP solutions.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One, SAP S/4 HANA, and Epicor.
• Familiar with multiple of the following domains (Accounts / Purchasing / Sales / Inventory / Manufacturing)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• At least 10 year of experience in sales, with a focus on Tier 1 ERP products platforms. (SAP/Oracle etc)
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary with performance-based commission.
