Job description:
• Permanent role
• Basic up to $ 3,000 +AWS + Fixed Transport Allowance
• Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
• Interior Design and Building material industry
• Location: Between MRT Woodleigh & Aljunied Area
Responsibilities:
• Visit Architects, Interior Designers and Developers and related parties in order to specify products for residential projects
• Manage all documentation such as project record files, customer data file, daily visit report and others
• Responsible to build up project pipeline to meet KPI and sales targets
• Explore new customers and looking for the opportunity of potential customers and follow up
• Manage relationships with dealers
• Execute strategies from the management
• Collect the market information concerning competitors, changes in market.
• Understand the customer’s needs, explain and demonstrate our furniture products. It involves in providing technical description of product and describing the purpose of use or the application.
• Providing solution centric idea to customers
• Responsible for monthly sales targets as well as the overall sales target given by company
• Ad hoc task given by department head
Additional Information:
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Experience in Construction Project sales, other surfacing material (Laminate, Wallpaper, Carpets etc.,) will be an advantage
• Self-driven and result-orientated
• Independent, creative and resourceful
• Ability to work and cooperate as a team
• Able to work under pressure
• Positive attitude to work a wide range of challenges
Requirements:
• Preferably with 2-3 years experience
• Minimum Diploma Level
