Job Scope:
The E-commerce Marketing & Management Trainee will play a crucial role in driving online sales and enhancing the customer experience for Singapore Florist. This involves a dynamic mix of marketing, merchandising, and customer service responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, search engine marketing, email marketing) to drive traffic and sales.
- Create engaging content (e.g., product descriptions, blog posts, social media updates) to attract and retain customers.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Merchandising & Product Management:
- Manage product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate information, high-quality images, and compelling descriptions.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences, informing product selection and merchandising decisions.
Website Optimization:
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement in the customer journey.
- Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to increase sales and improve website performance.
- Collaborate with the web development team to enhance website functionality and user experience.
Customer Service:
- Provide prompt and helpful support to customers through various channels (e.g., email, chat, phone).
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
